Early bird booking is a smart planning strategy where travelers secure their spots on highly sought-after trips or events well in advance, usually in exchange for significant discounts, guaranteed availability, or special perks. It’s a win-win that lets you lock in lower prices while completely removing the stress of last-minute logistics

The adventures featured on the 57hours website are highly curated, world-class outdoor experiences designed to get you off the couch and into the wild. Rather than offering standard, crowded tourist traps, their trips are authentic, action-packed, and deeply focused on exploring nature safely.

Only a 10% non-refundable deposit must be paid upon booking, but this deposit can be transferred to any other 57hours adventure in case the dates don’t end up working for you.

Once our guides publish new tour dates, we’ll reach out to you so you’ll be the first one to choose from newly released dates.

When you pick your date, you’ll confirm your booking by paying another 20% of the total trip amount (amounting to the standard 30% deposit).

Once the trip has been confirmed, the regular cancellation policy (found above) applies.

The remaining balance is due 90 days before the trip.
The dates are usually finalized well before the next season begins. You can expect to choose a set date for your adventure at least 6 months before the tour.
