To enjoy this backcountry adventure, you need to be in good enough shape to climb anywhere from 3,280 to 4,920 ft (1,000-1,500 m) above sea level. You will be on your feet for several hours a day for 4 days, covering several miles of terrain every day. You will need to manage controlled descents in variable conditions.
