To enjoy the trails in Zion National Park need to be able to hike for five to eight hours, depending on the chosen itinerary. You have the option of multiple short moderate hikes or one long, strenuous hike (ex. Angels landing). Please research and decide which hikes you hope to explore prior to the trip start or let your guide determine the best trails for your group’s skill level. Keep in mind, the weather in summer can be very hot!

I did 2 experiences with Zion Guide Hub – full day hiking + full day hiking/canyoneering. Hector was my guide for both days. He was great – conversation, knowledge of area, & expertise with hiking and canyoneering. He also took great photos of me at different viewpoints and while canyoneering. Hector was also great at helping to navigate difficult areas – there were several times where I asked him where to put my feet to climb up rocks. For one of the excursions, I did Angel’s Landing hike. After that hike, since I was worn out from Angel’s Landing, he drive me to a couple of areas outside of the park with great views. For the other excursion, we hiked Water Canyon and did 5 different rappels. Both days offered beautiful views.
