In order to participate in this moderately strenuous trekking adventure, you need to be fit and have some prior hiking experience. During your trekking days, there will be some steeper ascents along the way, as well as steep hills and stairs, but you’ll also ascend gently and there will be some easier parts where you’ll be passing through numerous small villages, settlements and forests. Expect to spend 4-7 hours a day trekking for four days in a row. The maximum elevation is 3,232 m (10,603 ft). Keep in mind that you’ll also be packing a daypack filled with water and other things you’ll need throughout the day.
