In order to enjoy this snowshoeing adventure, you need to have a moderate level of fitness and be in generally good health. You should be free from back, foot, heart or respiratory problems. On this snowshoeing tour, you’ll cover about 7-10 km (4-6 miles) per day, which will take anywhere from 3 to 4.5 hours. The ascents range from 400-800 m (1312’-2627’) and the descents from 620-730 m (2034’-2395’).
